CellH5Browser and demo data
CellH5Browser is an interactive gallery image browser based on the CellH5 data format available at http://www.github.com/cellh5. The source code of CellH5Browser is part of the CellCognition gui package and depends on the cellh5 module.
For testing download a CellH5 example data set for the CellH5Browser from a live-cell microscopy dataset of human HeLa cells expressing a red fluorescent marker for chromatin and a green fluorescent marker for microtubules as previously published in (Held et al. 2010).
